Convidamos a tod@s para o próximo Mariana Talks a ser realizado excepcionalmente na 2a feira, dia 26/08/2024, às 10 am (horário de SP), ministrado pelo Prof. Luis Araujo da Michigan State University. O titulo será: “Physical vs Digital Currency: What's the Difference, Why it Matters”.
Short Bio: Professor Luis Araujo has a degree in Economics from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (1993), a Master's degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1997) and a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania (2002). He is currently Associate Professor at EESP-FGV and Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Michigan State University, working mainly in the area of Monetary Theory and Applied Theory.
